How Do I Return An Item I Have Ordered In Error?
How do I return an item that has been sent incorrectly?

Please make sure you have the invoice number, product detail(s) and, in the case of machines, serial number(s). We will issue a returns number and you will then need to send the unused product back to us. When we have received and checked the return, we will process your refund. Please note we reserve the right to charge a 25% handling charge for the return of goods ordered in error. We regret we cannot accept goods without an authorised returns number.||If you have been sent the wrong product, you need to let us know within 10 working days. |If your package arrived damaged, make sure you note the damage on the courier paperwork. Take a photo if possible. Report it to us within 48 hours, either by email email@example.com or call +800 969 9644||All Unibor machines have a 12 month warranty.
